WHAT TO EXPECT

With 15 years of design experience, I work directly with companies like yours to produce both print and digital designs. My goal is to make the process as easy as possible for the client, and here's how it works:
Initial Meeting:
We meet in person or via phone call / video chat so I can learn more about your business, audience, competitors, and marketing objectives. 
Determine Budget / Timeline:
Based on your needs, I will provide an estimate for recommended design services, and we map out a timeline that works for everyone. 
Design Process:
Typically each project will require an initial draft, client review, revision requests, then final approval. Final artwork is then prepped for print or digital implementation and shared with client and / or vendor producing the item. 
Billing / Payment:
For brand new clients, I require a deposit before beginning a project. For ongoing / established clients, invoices are sent once per month and payment can be made via check, credit card or bank transfer. |
