WHAT TO EXPECT

With 15 years of design experience, I work directly with companies like yours to produce both print and digital designs. I try to make the process as easy as possible for the customer, and here's how it works:
Initial Meeting:
We meet in person or via phone call / video chat so I can learn more about your business, audience, competitors, and marketing objectives. 
Determine Budget / Timeline:
Based on your needs, I will provide an estimate for recommended design services, and we map out a timeline that works for everyone. 
Design Process:
Typically each project will require an initial draft, client review, revision requests, then final approval. Final artwork is then prepped for print or digital implementation and shared with client and / or vendor producing the item. 
Billing / Payment:
For brand new clients, I require a deposit before beginning a project. For ongoing / established clients, invoices are sent once per month and payment can be made via check, credit card or bank transfer. |
